About the Event
Kids Against Hunger is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide nutritious food to impoverished children and families. They organize meal-packing events where volunteers assemble meals for hungry children all over the world. The packaged food is shipped globally and locally for those in need.
What: Spend just 90 minutes helping to pack meals for hungry children.
When & Where: Saturday, January 17 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Kids Against Hunger, 1258 Quarry Lane, Unit H, Pleasanton. Contact KAH at 925-400-7201 or info@kahbayarea.org.
Who: Adults and children 10 years and older.
How: We need both your time and treasure and each volunteer will be asked to contribute $20 to cover the cost and transportation of the food packed.
